Blood and Betrayal: The Forgotten Slave

Anya, a human blood slave, endures five years of servitude to vampire king Alaric. When she becomes pregnant, he cruelly casts her aside for another. She drinks the Potion of Oblivion, erasing him entirely. Rescued by wolf king Garrick, she escapes north. Alaric pursues, weakening himself to restore her memory. Yet remembering his cruelty, Anya shoots him through the heart. She marries Garrick, while Alaric dies alone, clutching a carved reminder of her—and she vows never to meet him again.
